10:30 am July 1, 2016: The Massachusetts teen who encouraged her boyfriend to commit suicide by asphyxiation in the cab of his truck will stand trial as a youthful offender for involuntary manslaughter. The Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts just handed down its decision that the grand jury action was proper in returning the indictment for involuntary manslaughter against Michelle Carter whose text messages from afar are the primary basis for the charges.
