When to ask for a refund
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact Support within 5 days of registering for the site or making a renewal payment. Once your refund request has been received, we will notify you by email confirming that it has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, shortly after approval.
Late or missing refunds
If you have been approved for a refund yet have not received it, first check your bank account. If the refund is not noted in your bank account, then contact your credit card company. It may take some days before your refund is officially posted. You may also need to contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve completed all of the above and you still have not received your refund, please contact a moderator or email us at email@example.com.
Multiple billings in the same month
If you are billed multiple times within the same month, we will refund the amount once we receive a refund request. There is no time limit restriction on when you can make the refund request for a multiple billing.
