UPDATE: While it’s being reported that jury selection is now delayed by one day, potential jurors are still at the courthouse today. This afternoon they are being screened for publicity and hardship. The attorneys are not expected to begin the voir dire (questioning) of jurors until tomorrow. In my opinion, jury selection is underway since jurors are at the courthouse and, as of 1:00 p.m. are making a case for why they can’t or shouldn’t serve.
