There were a number of developments this week in cases that we are tracking in the Cases of Interest link. Dalia Dippolito lost her motion to dismiss her case that she filed last November. The court held a two-day hearing—January 19 and February 23—that culminated with Dippolito’s testimony. Judge Glenn D. Kelley released his 17-page decision on Wednesday denying the motion and explaining the reasons for it. The retrial is currently scheduled for May 23 in West Palm Beach, Florida.
