After a week’s delay due to Hurricane Matthew, the Ross Harris murder trial resumed testimony today. Below is a summary of the day’s testimony. I will update as I get more information. The State’s case continues: 10. Kyle Weston, a Chick-fil-A employee Weston worked at the Chick-fil-A franchise where Harris and his son Cooper had breakfast the morning of June 18, 2014. A security video was played showing Harris with Cooper in his arms, enter the restaurant around 9:00 am. They leave less than a half hour later. (NOTE: This is not evidence that is in dispute but the state still put it on to show the timeline as well as the last images of Cooper alive.) 11.
