Before the jury entered the courtroom, the judge discussed scheduling. The attorneys estimated it will be three to four weeks before the case will go to the jury. The State could wrap it’s case in chief by the end of next week. The first of two witnesses today was the minor in the indictment—the one with whom Harris was sexting. The state asked that the audio and video be cut off. The defense objected to the State’s request because she was a minor then, but not now.
